"I know you are but what am I?"
"That's so funny I forgot to laugh!"
"I'm the luckiest boy in the world!"
These lines and that laugh filled the '80's when Paul Reubens character, Pee-wee Herman, appeared multiple times on the David Letterman Show, then the movie "Pee-wee's Big Adventure", then the Saturday morning show "Pee-wee's Playhouse". If you were a fan, then this deskoration is for you!
The wood is 4" square and 1/4" thick hard maple, cut by hand on a scroll saw. It's finished with 3 coats of a water-based polyurethane for water resistance, and backed with 1/8" thick cork painted to highlight the design - these deskorations can double as coasters! Each deskoration is unique since hard maple wood grain is quite variable.
Be sure to order a deskoration stand to display your new purchase on your desk or mantel - you can find the stands at https://centuryartisans.com/products/deskoration-stands
